Keeping my sanity

It has come to a stage whereby the floodgates of work are perpetually kept open and work gushes in at a rate whereby I am just scooping water up in buckets and ‘fighting’ against drowning.
Forgive me but…WTF? What's happening this September/October? Even my immune system is not cooperating. @#$^*($!
